Services

Fayn Services Pty Ltd provides landscaping, turf supply and installation, retaining wall construction, paving, garden design and fencing services across Greater Sydney. All services are subject to availability and on-site assessment.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on site inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on site conditions, material availability and scope changes. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Structural work is covered by our workmanship warranty. Turf and plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance as outlined in our aftercare guides.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayn Services Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Fayn Services Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
